Seating chart maker
Lay the tables out the way the room actually is, paste in your guest list, and drag each person onto the chair they will sit in. Everything is saved in this browser as you work, nothing is uploaded, and you can print the plan or take it away as a CSV.
The seating chart is the easy half
You will know where 120 people sat and still have no way to get the photographs they take. A hashtag only catches what people post publicly, a shared folder needs accounts, and a group chat compresses everything. One QR code per table collects the originals from everyone sitting at it.
Questions people ask
- Is this seating chart maker free?
- Yes, and there is no account. The tool runs entirely in your browser, so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay.
- Is my guest list uploaded anywhere?
- No. Names are kept in this browser's local storage on your own device and are never sent to a server. Clearing your browser data clears the chart.
- Can I print the seating chart or export it?
- Yes. Print directly from the page for the floor plan as you arranged it, or export a CSV of table, seat and guest to open in a spreadsheet and hand to your venue.
- Does the drag and drop work on a phone?
- Yes. Dragging works with a finger as well as a mouse, and everything can also be done by tapping: tap a guest, then tap the chair you want them in.
