Downloading the album, and what quality you get back.
How do I download everything?
Press Download all in the Album tab. We build a ZIP and email you when it is ready.
The ZIP contains the original files exactly as they left each guest's phone, byte for byte. Nothing is re-encoded, resized or compressed at any point, which is what makes the download worth having a year later.
Download it to a computer rather than a phone if you can. Phones struggle to unpack an archive of that size.
The link stays live for a fortnight, which is long enough to find a laptop.
Can I download just one photo?
Yes. Open it in the album and press Download.
That gives you the original file, not the version the album displays. Guests can do the same from the album page unless you have turned downloads off in Settings.
How long do you keep my album?
Between six months and two years depending on the plan, always counted from your event date.
You will get an email well before anything expires. Anything you have already downloaded is yours permanently, whatever happens to the album here.
